socket 939/Venus 12

I am trying to find a copper/fan heatsink for my socket 939 AMD board. I like Venus 12 (Thermaltake) but it says it is for socket 754. Someone said it may actually fit in 939. Tried to contact Thermaltake folks - no one responds. Anybody knows about Venus 12 and how it goes with socket 939? Any other copper heatsinks that will fit 939?
