Hi, i've got a Intel Desktop Board D865GLC with a Prescott 3.0

I've looked everywhere in the BIOS but i can't find an option to change the FSB anywhere? Can somebody tell me what i can do to be able to do this? My only theory is that because it's actually an Intel board, they don't let you overclock like you can with asus/abit etc.

Any help would be great guys

I'm pretty sure your theory is correct
But there should be an optiond to do a 5% or 10% overclock

System Spec's:

Intel has a piece of software that lets you overclock within the windows environment. There's also a setting in BIOS to let you overclock by a measely 2% or so.

On the plus side, you should have a stable board, and it will run for a long long time.

2nd RichPLS.. intel boards are extremely stabile.. you might want to have a lock at the Intel Desktop Control Center 1.2.0060 at http://download.guru3d.com/intel/ it might do the trick, though I have not tried it. My server is on an intelboard with win2k3, it is uncrashable ;)
