Best Tube Width???//slash

Alot of water cooling components come with 1/2" fittings. Its this the best tube size to have in regards to flow rate / cooling etc?

Other tube sizes include:
3/8"
5/8"
1/2"
etc

Thanks!

1/2" will have better flow rate and possibly better cooling efficiency as long as the pump is good. The tube size is determined more by what waterblocks you choose. If you like a block that uses 1/2" fittings then go for it. The same goes for all the other sizes.
1/2" would only make a noticable ammount of difference if you were cooling many things and they were all daisy chained off each other.

Well I will be cooling the CPU / GPU. I'm prolly going to go for the RBX (from dangerden) water block for the PC.

could anyone reccomend a block for a GPU (probably for the 6xxx series from Nvidia)?

Danger Den and innovatek both make blocks specifically designed for those graphics cards. I would go for one of those.
