Well, i have an Abit IC7-Max3, 1 gb OCZ DDR533, and a 2.6c that is running at 3.165ghz(243fsb) on a stock cooler. Its in a Lian-Li aluminum case with 2 intake and 2 exhaust fans. It runs at 67.5c under full load and is at 1.625 volts and 2.9 DDR v. Is my voltage to high? I remember reading somewhere before that they can go up to 1.7 before they become damaged. Is my heat to high? it runs at 46~48c idle and 60~65 in a game, depending on game.
Also is i'm looking for a new heatsink since i have intel boxed cooler. The review on the Coolmaster Hyper 6 was pretty good, but does anyone know if it will fit in the IC7-Max3 mobo(cause of the OTES cooler i'm not sure). Is there any other heatsinks out there that are comparable in performance(preferably not more than 45dba noise)?
Note:my sig is out of date and i'm too lazy to update it right now

You're fine. Sudden Death seems to occur at 1.75v or higher over time. That's why I don't suggest anything over 1.70v.
