How can i find a name of a game

Hello,
I played this game years ago on pc and i can't remember the name of the game. It had 3 different tribes that you build combat stations and more tiki huts for more people, the tribes were sorted by blue, green and red. you can build air ballons and boats and combat training areas. there was one main tribe master i guess you call it. The other tribes could attack you or the other way around. does anyone know what the name of this game could be?

Not sure but Age of Empiers III has a similar type of thing called "The War Chiefs" expansion CD.
