Reinstall Windows 7

Hello,
I need to reinstall Windows 7 on my Acer Aspire 7540, but I can't find the disks needed. What's the best (cheapest) way to do this?

Access the recovery partition. You can do so by pressing 0 with the laptop off and then turning it on while still holding 0 (zero) down.
