Unfortunately you can't Crysis 3 is one of the games that are DX11 ONLY which is kind of sad really since they disappointed 60% of the steam gaming community which owns DX10 cards only. However there might be a patch that lets crysis 3 run on DX10 or DX9 coming out soon but there's no hope at the moment.

update:sorry dude i don't think that the directx10 hack is valid.(i just read on a website that it might be fake)
so i recommend you to not download the crysis 3 directx10 hack
I have faced the same problem like you. The hack is a utorrent.exe file which i had downloaded after completing the survey. Its a fact that the game is made & released with only DX 11, so no point of comming back to 9 or 10 . But you can try my way to gain full access to Crysis 3. Its easy & simple. Try to get a small card i.e GT 520 - 1GB. Put it on the Mobo & configure it as a Physx card. The DX 11 will automatically be applied. I tried & successfully playing the game with my 9800 GT - 1GB. Its better to spend less & gain more. GT 520 will cost you lesser than GTX 660Ti.
Please let me know if it runs Choppy. Because Crysis 3 will be on fire with 9800 GT.

1.This game isn't on Steam
2.Most D3D10 only cards wouldn't be powerful enough to run the game with playable framerates anyway, so there is nothing to complain about
