DAAAAAMN that Thermalright xp-120 looks nice! But woe is me, I have an AthlonXP, so I can't use it ;.;

This is my lament, though I'm certainly not the only one crying about it. Is there no way to mod/adapt/convert/whatever the xp-120 for use on AthlonXP motherboards?

Nope, socket 754 is Athlon 64. Socket 939 is Athlon FX. and Socket 940 is Opteron. Athlon XP is socket A or socket 462. There are mixes inbetween those but that is how it is for the most part.

There is always a way to mod a cooler on to anything. You just have to get it and tinker with it till it works :)
