Razer naga mouse

so i just bought the mouse and im ready to use it when i plug it in and my keboard stops working. so i think to myself well mabye the batters just died so i change the batterys and hope that that fixes the problem.well nope so i change keyboards and the problem still persists so i figure its my mouse and change out the mouse back to my old mouse and to my suprise that fixes the problem. so i go back and once the computer full loads i switch the mice again back to the razer mouse and the mouse works great but the keyboard lagg really badly. so what im asking is should i just return the mouse?
