Why is my ping HIGH in Black ops 2 now?

I play this game for 2 months and i had NO lag problems. For some reason all of the sudden my ping its always at 170-200 now. I have no reason why. Nothin in my house has changed internet wise. Anyone know what it is. BO2 updated too. Is it an update causing this?

I'm having the same problems. If you find a solution let me know. I live in Dallas, TX. My ping is as high as yours. I had no problems last week.

I know. It must be the update. Because i played find last week.

Download Bitmeter. It tells you your current down/up speed. I'm having the same problem and Bitmeter is telling me that as soon as a match starts, my upload speed is off the charts. No idea why this is happening but it must be the recent update.

It has to be the game. Because when i play TDM or Hardpoint my ping goes up. But i can play gungame and sticks and stones all day and not have a problem. The update must of messed some things up. And i dont have problems in any other games.

I take that back. Every game type is lagging.
