hello abdulnasirumaraliero;
I don't think you're going to be able to password protect an already 'open' folder.
Minimized, or not minimized, that 'open folder' is just that - open.

I think you want to request a password after sleep and screen savers are active?

Under Display properties on XP. or just type screen saver in start search on Vista/7

Add a checkbox to the On resume, Require a password or On resume, display logon screen.

That will give you a password prompt to login after the screen saver.

On that same screen under power settings, you should be able to require a password on resume from sleep. Under Vista/7 it is Require a password on wakeup

Change how users log on and off. Set it up so you have to enter a password. This enables the ability to press crtl-alt-del and lock the machine. When your done, just enter your password and use the machine as normal.
