Under Display properties on XP. or just type screen saver in start search on Vista/7 Add a checkbox to the On resume, Require a password or On resume, display logon screen. That will give you a password prompt to login after the screen saver. On that same screen under power settings, you should be able to require a password on resume from sleep.
