Best liquid cooling system

What is the best internal liquid cooling system that cools the CPU, GPU, and if it can the chipset??

or a Complete set Thermaltake Aquarius III but its external

Combine it with a TEC cooler and you can overclock till you drop.

or the TEC breaks and becomes one big resistor and melts you CPU / Mobo.

Also, the Electricity bill is going to go through the roof.

About the electricity bill! Do water cooler systems in general pull alot juice?

They only thing that needs power is the pump and the fans. The fans wont take more than 10watts even if you are using 2x120mm ones. I have no idea what a good pump would pull. With the asetek kits the pump is powered from an external source and so doesnt put any load on your PSU.

I was talking about the TEC.

Water cooling systems don't require much juice, the pump will be the biggest power drain, but usualy you connect these straight to a mains socket - not the PSU

I guess no one like my suggestion of the
Innovatek or the Thermaltake Aquarius III
well u know what you probably wont like my suggestion of the zalman reserator either

Innovatek = Good performance
Zalman reserator = VERY quiet + reasonable performance
Thermaltake Aquarius III = If its anything like the Aquarius II then stay well away.
