hello.these are my settings.

3000+ 200x10.5 to 3200+ 210x10.5
vcore +5%
ram voltage +0.1
agp voltage +0.1
mobo gigabyte GA-7N400 PR0 2

temps are 49ºC iddle , from 53ºC till 55ºC full load.
ram settings cannot be made such as cas and so on but settings according to cpu-z are 2.5 4 4 9 so that my geil value ram is running at 420 in ratio 1:1 with fsb

do you consider i should continue clocking?does anyone know the actual limit of my cpu considering i am running air cooling with a gigabyte rocket cooling pro at 4200rpm??are ram settings good?the computer runs completely stable.my graphic card is an powercolor 9600 xt running at 560 core 710 memory.

You might try going a little further, but with load temps of 55c, well I don't like to go over 60c. So if it were me, I'd consider myself pretty close to the limit.

I might try 65c though, if those were diode instead of socket readings. It's just that I get concerned about instability resulting from high temps.

Could try to squeaze out some extra fsb or .5 multiplier but Id make sure you do not cross over the 60c barrier. Can you do 200x11 with 1.7v or less?

i do not think i would go passed 58ºC because i have a thermaltake damier v 5000 and just in front of the cpu i have a cooler of 80mm that can be set at 3200 rpm and i am not using it at all,so temps would not be a problem.i cannot go at 11 or 10,because my cpu is locked either down and up,and my processor is at 200 fsb.its an xp3000+ with fsb 200.class "E".so obviously my processor can run at 200x10.5 at vcore 1.68v

i might try 5 mhz fsb but i am not really concerned about ram settings and maybe,as i can adjust them manually, mobo will set more cas o ras that would not really have to be changed for example,it might increase from 4 till 5 and so on.
