What cheap PC build would be able to play games on xbox 360 graphics?

I would like to know if theres currently a cheap PC build out there that will outperform the xbox 360 and will always be able to run games on console quality graphics. For instance if an xbox 360 game is running low res HD textures and such, I want that! A build with guaranteed console quality graphics, no having to upgrade, and will last until the current console cycle for xbox 360 dies and the xbox 720 rises.

Sounds crazy I know, usually you go buy an xbox 360 if you want something like that, but Im more of a PC gamer, not looking for insane hd textures, ultra settings and all that, just console quality graphics.

i3-3220 nvidia 650, will be better than xbox, (have to remember that the console ports are often so poorly optimised that you need more than xbox power levels.

perhaps an amd A10 APU? using integrated graphics might be enough
