I think you had to load the original gta disc then put the london disc
in. did you get no instructions? I would expect at least a small
readme file on the discs.

mission pack 2 was designed with the original discs in mind.... I am hoping
someone knows of a patch or a way to get the win95 protocol mission pack to
work on a xp computer.... it could be the operating system or it could be
the collector's edition... thanks though.

Sorry, my mistake. I couldn't see all of the subject line in my news
client.
IIRC, GTAL:1961 was intended for use with the original GTA disk (Ie:
not the re-released edition).
I would have though that the game would just have to read certain files
off the disk you have got though, and none of those should be changed
(Except maybe screen resolutions).
