do somewane know how and if posible to overclock this video card ?
i tried with a bios update but i did not find any software that can read out the bios file from the mainboard, and on the internet i did not find a bios for this video card

can somewoane help me ?

and if you know what are the bigest freqvencies that i can use with this card

You are going to want to get a program called radclocker. It comes with omega ati drivers and is also avaliable as a separate app that interfaces with the catalyst drivers.
Video card OCs are done via software, there is no way to access a video card's bios in a way similar to a motherboard's bios.
Best way to find the max is trial and error. Just up it by 2-5mhz steps and run some tests (3dmark or 3d intense game) for a while at each step. If it craps out or you get artifacts just go back down to the previous step and call that your max.
