Restore my pc

Hello,
i have 64bitwindows7 on my laptop.now i installed 32bitwin7.please tell me how to restore my pc back to win7 64bit

by putting a win7 64 bit disk and replacing 32bit. Back up all user data first.

yes, has to be a clean install there is no upgrade option for 64-bit from 32-bit OS.
why did you change and why are you changing back.?

I thought all Windows 7 disks had both 32 and 64 bit included on it? I don't even know how to choose though...

only original authentic MS disk do yes, AFAIK.
it should say on the disk what version it is,
also it depends on your system specs which one you should run..
