Northwood A (400 bus) B (533 bus) or C (800 bus)?

If I assume it's an 800 bus Northwood (200MHz clock) and you have DDR400 (200MHz clock) you'll want to underclock your RAM to DDR333/DDR320 (160MHz actual clock) first, then raise the CPU to 250MHz bus (which also raises the RAM back up to DDR400 speed).

You'd most likely reach that bus speed between 1.60v and 1.65v.
