Artifacts when O/Ced without Overheating?

I have been overclocking my XFX 6600GT AGP. I can bump it up to 560/1150 no problem. When I go up to 580/1200 or so, it gives me artifacts even though it isn't overheating. Someone told me to increase power to my AGP port. Is this the true problem? If so, I can do this in my BIOS right?

Time to voltmod!

Oh wait thats a high OC on the ram you got there! Probably just reached its cap, 1200 is pretty damn high for that ram on that card

Make sure when you OC the card that you are not needlessly making the card do that is not necessary and burning it for nothing. When getting a higher clock does not mean a higher FPS or score, actually go lower it. I cannot stress this enough for Nvidia cards since they burn hot enough.

Wont get any complaints out of me to get 1.8ns ram to do 1.2ghz, probably with the help of nvidia going volt-happy on their products. Sirak should be very pleased with the results
