I've just bought one of these pen drives which seem very popular at the
moment. Given that I'm a forgetful type is there anyway I could encrypt my
important personal data if I lost the drive and someone else found it?

What is the best way do this? Can I use WinZip?Winrar?

My operating system is WinXP. I'm referring to Word, Excel, and address
book etc.
