air cooling

Hi

Im new to overclocking and am looking to slowly work on overclocking my system, My system is

CPU: Athlon XP 2600+
Motherboard: MSI K7n2 delta L
Ram: 2x256 DDR 400 Ram (one Kingston KVR one generic)
Video Card: MSI GeForceFX 5700 128m
HDD: 160 Maxtor 7200 8Mb Cache
Optical Drives: LG DVD-ROM Old ass LG 16x CD Burner
PS: 350w Antec SL-350
Case and Cooling: Antec 3700amb with 2 120mm Fans (one intake in the front one blower in the back)

Anyways I was thinking of picking up a Thermaltake Volcano 12 and seeing if I can squeeze out some performance out of my cpu.
Does anyone have any advice on this cooler or somthing else in the same price range(~$50 Canadian)

Or any other suggestions on what I can add to the system to help my overclocking debut
