i havent got to use this chip yet but will soon, any mods for this chip? how well does it oc? and whats th wattage output. Thank you in advanced.

Is that a 1.26/512cache or the very rare 1.20 100fsb OEM model?

The Tualatin p3 overclocked very well. I ran a 1.26/512 @1583 for over a year at 1.65v

Seems there were A few 1.20/256 100fsb P3 tualatins made. I bought one at one time but it was fubar and had to return it.

Basically it has a multiplyer of 12 instead of 9.5 of the 1.26. Making it a nice overclocker for older motherboards.

Nevermind screw this while thread, i finnaly got a look inside the comp and its was a AMD Athlon 1.20ghz my bro dosent know anything about comps so what can ya expect. Sorry for the inconvinience, but thanks for te posts that may come in handy when i misteriousley get a 1.2 p3.

Not quite. The celeron also had a cache wait state of 1. P3=0.
Also the cache on a p3 was 8/way associative while the celeron was only 4/way.

Yes I know they later released the celeron with 100fsb/256cache but it was still behind the P3 for the above reasons.

I see but the only pentium i have running is a p2/celeron(says celeron on box but p2 in bios) Hp.
and a realy old pentium mmx or somethin 233 mhz.
