Hi everyone , I was wondering if my rig would be enough for playing new games and If It will handle upcoming games such as Splinter Cell Blacklist , Watch Dogs , Bioshock Infinite... , and If It will handle like 2 years for gaming from now ?
PS: I'm not talking about ultra settings , just medium settings at a resolution of 1360x768.

The Q9650 is still a capable CPU for games and is more powerful than my Q9450.

The Radeon HD 6950 is very capable of playing and is more powerful than my HD 5850.

At 1366x768 resolution you should have no problems playing games with high settings at all. Ultra settings should also be doable as well.

he may have a problem with bottlenecks on lesser threaded apps. as that system is pretty gfx heavy.
op get some cooling and overclock that cpu. you should open it up a bit and get more fps for your money.

If im not mistaken, the Q9650 is more powerfull gaming wise than a Phenom II X4 955, which is still a very capable gaming CPU, so he will not have any problems with bottlenecking.
And at that resolution, you'll easily play games at high settings even two years from now.
