That's true, but you really need to be lucky in order to come across a
Sanchez that you can switch to, because those Freeways are much to sluggish
to be of any use... although, you can still fire your machine gun straight
ahead which is a huge advantage....

I used the heatseeker as well. Just get a bike or fast car and park it
behind a building in the direction that you will need to run in to go after
the bastard cop. When the mission starts just run to your vehicle and get
ahead of him. I actually cut straight off the hill once I was at the top,
instead of following the road, to get ahead. Once ahead you can park in the
curve and you actually have a few seconds to load up the heatseeker and get
