About two weeks ago, my LG VX3200 started to turn itself off every now
and again. I took it back to my local Verizon store and the tech
started to flip it open and close without me telling him how/why/under
what conditions it powered off. This tells me I'm not the only one
complaining. He said that my unit seemed to have a wiring bug and
replaced it. I'm outside of the warranty now. But he said if the
replacement did the same thing within the next day or so, to bring it
back b/c they don't want to replace my defective phone with a defective
phone. Well wouldn't you know, within a few days, the new one started
doing the same thing. I called the same tech back and asked if this
was a known defect with this model. He vagued it up a bit and said to
come in and he'd see what he could do for me. Given the promise he
made to me when I picked up the replacement, I know what I'm going to
insist on. But I'd like to go in with some ammo. Anyone else
experience the same problem? If so, please email me directly. Thanks.

Tracy

That's odd. But I have it happen consistently in areas with full bar
strength. But that's a thought I hadn't come to. That it's not only a
wiring bug, but a service bug. Hmmm....will have to add that to my
discussion tonight. Thanks.
