Looking for quiet cooling for a 9800 PRO

I'm gonna do the Firegl - 128t flash w/ my Radeon 9800 PRO, and if it doesn't work I'm going to simply overclock it. Either way, I'm not concerned about that, I just want a cheap, quiet, cooling for my card. Any recommendations? I won't take it any higher than stock 9800 XT speeds, so really any cooling as good or better than a 9800 XT should do the job. I want it as quiet as possible though, any recommendations? Also, how do you guys get the heat sinks to stay on there, adhesive? Does that usually come with the gpu cooler?

VGA Silencer (Rev 3) or ATi Silencer (9800Pro needs AS1, I think)--depending on how much you want to spend. It includes everything you need to mount it (no adhesives at all--just nuts, washers, and screws).

How loud is it? I bought all quiet parts for my pc, I'd hate to have it ruined by a loud gpu fan. It isn't louder than stock is it?

The vga silencer would work out just fine and you wont hear it. Using the same thing on my 9800pro-xt and currently running the core at 455.

Also when you flst to XT, the core will get more juice so it may do more.

It's very close to silent--not quite, but still very close (and much quieter than stock).

Not as nearly as good as the Silencers (in my experience), even with a 105CFM 120mm fan (no deadspot that way) on the HP80D. Not only that, but it isn't cost effective.

Wrong, XT BIOS does not (and actually no ATi BIOS change can) change voltage. The only thing that changes is memory timings. If they want more voltage, they need to do at least a pencil mod (very easy--I just did one a few days ago on my XT).
