I've already got a case and just bought a BFG geforce 6800 OC, but how do these options look? and am i missing anything?

will this be as simple as plug and play?

A quick suggestion, one thing I notice is that the power supply you have specified only has a 12 amp +12v rail. This will not be able to feed the requirements of a system like the one you are intending to build. The video card alone consumes up to 5 of those amps. Unfortunately things can get tricky when chosing a PSU because the rated wattage can me misleading. Basically it's a cumulative measurement of the overall wattage that a power supply can produce. But that is really not important, what is important is the ratings of the individual rails. For instance, my Antec SmartPower 350-watt power supply carries 21 amps on it's +12v rail, more than adequate for a system with few hard drives. It can be had for $52USD on NewEgg. In my opinion, the basis of any good system needs to be clean power, and enough of it It's worth it to throw down the extra dough for a good power supply, you'll thank yourself later....

P.S. Antec PSU's come with a 3-year warranty.....
