I have an eye on a Nokia 3200 model that is small with a camera.

Either Nokia 3200, another model, or another brand that is small with

Yea if you want a camera get one. Or you can use a phone with very low
resolution pics that are far from quality pictures.

I like the Samsung E715 from T-Mobile. It's small, nice and take decent
pictures for a phone.
