Crysis 3 VSYNC problem

Hi, when I turn on VSYNC in crysis 3 I get horrible FPS but when I turn it off, it goes back to normal.Is there any way that I can fix this issue? Thanks.

My gpu is AMD HD 7970

I tried the game on my buddy's rig who has an AMD HD 6970 and it's still the same.

Whenever we turn VSYNC on, the game goes haywire.

Crysis 3 has a different FPS limit for Vsync. Its stuck 30FPS with Vsnc on
Its not a problem as its to help motion blur(which doesn't look so good) Play with Vsnc off if your system can't take it
