Best Fan

Okay my list so far:
- XP-90 heatsink.
- Fan-O-Matic Fan Controller.
Now the only thing I need is a fan, which Fan is the best if I dont want it be louder than 40/45dB? That Vantec Tornado, its to loud. Will sound like im vacuum cleaning my room when my PC is on

I've got 2 of the 120mm version in my case and they are very silent. Panaflo makes a damned good fan
