Hello ,

I'm runnning a Pentium 4 2.8 GHz (C) on a ASUS P4p800 SE (800 FSB) with 512 MB RAM (256 DDR 3200 dual) ,
Can anyone recommend me seriously and safely a way to overclock this CPU???
Also What is the save Standard Temperature for this CPU
it's currently 60C / 140 F

Your temps are far higher than average. It may be that you have inadequate case cooling, and the CPU cooler is recycling warm air. I'd get the cooling in order before overclocking.

The CPU should be able to reach 3.4GHz. But you'd have to drop your RAM speed to do that.
