I need to put a bunch of case fans into my system. I want them to be SILENT. I use Panaflo and I am very impressed, actually i'm using one to cool my cpu (spects below). Just wondering is there anything better or comparable that might be a bit cheaper? Really i like to mod my case and i like flashy lights, etc. I want my fans to A *say* something besides tornado...lol

Any quiet case fans have cool lights on them? or am i suck with $9 appease Panaflo's and getting more case lights?

You have to pay for quality, $9 really isn't that much. It is worth the price of silence :)
Papst is the only fan maker I can think of that is better than Panaflo but they are even more expensive and hard to find in the US. I got 2 80mm papst fans for almost $15 USD apiece when I went to germany a while back. They are extremely high quality.
The next tier down from panaflo is probably zalman, I've had fairly good luck with their fans. They are sort of loud when at max speed but they silence when you put that resistor on that comes with them.
