GTA IV with new graphics card- big problem

Hello, For christmas I got anew Radeon HD 7850 from xfx and have played far cry 3, batman arkham asylum, and deus ex all at high settings with no problem, but in GTA IV which worked fine on my old card now has a constant stutter even in the steam overlay, any help?


My rig has an I7 970 at 3.2 Ghz no OC, 12 gigs of RAM, and my new 7850

try running as admin with high priority. And you could shift compatibility of GTA 4 to XP SP3. Clean install latest AMD CAtalyst drivers
