I want to know this :

What if I Overclock my cpu at it's total limits ,,, for a while and decide to tune it back to normal stock speeds... Will the temperatures be normal again , or stick to the overclocked temperatures??? How will the CPU be damaged inside , and how can it be proven that a CPU has been overclocked for longer periods of time???

thank you
Have A nice day
Ralph

Returning your CPU to normal speeds and volts will result in your temps returning to what they were before.
