How can i use 2 internet package in single LAN broadband connection in same time

Just one computer? You'll need two network adapters and a dual wan router that can do load balancing.
Two or more computers? Just a dual wan router that can do load balancing.

2 internet packages?

do you mean (for example) Connect to verizon and AOL simultaneously with 1 modem/router? If so, that can't be done.
