TT Volcano 10+ and Silent Boost.

I want to choose a heatsink and fan to cool my CPU barton 2500+, but I dont wanna spend much money. Now I have two candidate :Thermaltake Volcano 10+ and Thermaltake Silent Boost. But what is the difference between them? they look like same? or Silent Boost is better?

Thermaltake Volcano 10+ : 21 CFM @ 38 dBA
Silent boost : 27.5 CFM @ 21 dBA

Silent boost tested on a 2400+:
Idle: 28.0°C (82.4°F)
Full load: 38.0°C (100.4°F)

I have not found any reviews on the Volcano, but I've seen people saying that it cools just a small bit better (like 2 or 3 degrees) than a stock HSF. So I think the SilentBoost is the best of the two.
