Hi, I am with some doubts of which computer to buy- two options:
1 - An I5 3210M with GPU: HD7650M DDR3
2 - a AMD A6-4400M with GPU: HD 7520G.

I know I5 3210M is much better than the AMD, but 7520G on the other hand seems better and more modern than HD7650M. In which of these, for example, I will run GTA4 with the best resolution.

The Intel has both a faster CPU and a better graphics card.

This benchmark site, it's said that 7650 is not better than 7520G.

Not sure what you are specifically looking at which tells you that, but if you expand the "Low" benchmarks for the games you should see that the Radeon HD 7650M is being compared to the Radeon HD 7660g (or similarly powerful cards) which is the most powerful graphic core in AMD's Trinity APU. There are a lot of benchmarks showing that the HD 7650M is faster than the HD 7660g. There might have been 3 or 4 benchmarks where the HD 7660g beats the HD 7650M.

If the Radeon HD 7650M can beat the Radeon HD 7660g, then the Radeon HD 7520g is not even comparable.
