What games should I get?

Hi,
I am new to PC gaming. Which games would you recommend playing?
Also, my PC is quite low end.
intel pentium g630 2.7 GHz
2 gb ram
nvidia gt 610

Please suggest games that can run smoothly(I dont mind medium settings).
I'm planning. on building a gaming PC later, but for the time being, I'll be content with this.

very little will run smoothly on gt610. you'll be looking at low and not medium. a gt610 is card to just about show an image and not much more.

I ran Assassins Creed 2 quite smoothly at 1366 at medium settings.
I also ran CoD 4 and it worked fine.Could you please suggest games regardless of the card? As I said, I would be building a new pc soon. Thanks!

Age of Empires 3. Only game I play on my low end pc's [:lutfij:3]

You could play The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind. The comes 4 (Oblivion) and 5 (Skyrim). Great games. Or how about the F.E.A.R saga? Awesome games! Only the third one might run laggy, but the first is the best!
