I have Q-Tec KS70 watercooler (http://www.qtec.info/products/product.htm?artnr=13793). Its only about month and a half old yet i seem to have to refill it ever second week. Using twice boiled then cooled down water with an anti-fungal additive.
FIRSTLY - Why am I having to refill it so often (ment to be every few MONTHS)???
SECONDLY - What should I really use to refill it and where can I buy it?

Firstly - Why did you buy that? What are your temps under idel and load conditions? Worse than with the stock cooler I'd guess

I assume you have checked for leaks?!

Distilled / de-ionised water is good.

this is kinda of a stupid point, but

1) your freaking tubing is not blocking the UV rays
2) you are sunbathing your loop =P

have you bleed your system right so that there arn't any air bubbles? if there's air and ur reservior has a crack on top, you won't notice any leaking, but water will evaporat over time (ie 2 weeks) just my two cents ^^
