Hello,

I was wondering if I should be able to run Crysis 3 at higher fps on 1080p maxed settings with no AA with my specs because I got only 5 fps fps:

Intel Core i7 2600k
AMD Radeon XFX 7970
8GB RAM

Sorry,

Had many problems with crysis 3 previously, but now everything seems ok,main problem was with windows 8 installed windows 7 and fresh beta drivers, got an update from origin - have a core i7 3770k at 3.65ghz and oc 7970 at 1100/1450 -gettin solid frames now in intense situations it goes to 30 at very high intense firing activity mostly stays above 45 maximum goes to 70-80(system specs very high ,texture very high, anastrophic filtering 16x, motion blur disabled, msaa medium, lens flare on) hope this helps -hoping more with future updates (but the glitch in first level level still remains wherever ropes are moving frame rates dip to 28 even with overclocking, any more further overclocking than this will freeze the game don know why but overall nice gaming experience -AMD for life!!

Remember Game never dipped below 30 except in first level(28)...!with cross fire you should be able to get much better frames ,your setup should remain solid at 40 with everything turned to max!(also depends on what resolution you are playin two 1080p screens shouldn't be a problem, one display will be piece of cake):) hope this helps:)

Not me ,see the thread properly ;that was my reply to the one having 5fps in 7970 xfx.
I'm getting a solid 45 in the game in ultra (very high, msaa medium -2x tx, motion blur disabled, lens flare on,anastrophic filtering 16x,1080p) with my 7970 at 1050/1500.

update your gfx drivers to the latest 1s and check for malware. also make sure your antivirus isnt scanning while you play by switching it to gaming mode if it has 1.
