PS3 to COMPUTER

I want to hook up my PS3 into my computer via HDMI cord to record the video in Adobe Premiere Elements video software. BUT my pc does NOT have HDMI INPUT. So I'm wondering if I can use and HDMI to Micro USB adapter found here:

and then use the Micro USB to USB adapter found here:

In the end it will look like:

PS3 -> HDMI cord -> HDMI-Micro USB Adapter -> Micro USB-USB adapter -> Computer
