Can I run Planetside 2

I want to get Planetside 2, But I am wondering if my computer can run it.
Here are my specs

I know I don't have high RAM. But I can run Empire total war and it said my RAM was to low.

You've got no chance of playing Planetside 2 with that spec. You would basically need to build a new pc with a much higher spec.

that's basically my machine and it runs planetside 2 on the highest with no problems

Even worse people are reporting a drop in frame rate in planetside- major bummer

Barely, I'd say. If at all. Probably the latter.
But PS2 is Free to play. So I'd just install it and see.
And I wouldn't say it was just a RAM problem. Your CPU and GPU would be under par as well.
