I am building a desktop and about to buy one of 3 gpu's: Sapphire 7770, EVGA GTX 650, or Sapphire 7750.

Current computer specs are:

3.2 GHz 2 quad core CPU

4 GB GDDR3 RAM

250 GB HDD

Win 7 Home Premium x32

I am looking to run Witcher 2, Skyrim, Planetside 2, and similar games. Preferable on high or ultra but will settle for medium.

No way you're going to run witcher 2 on high with any of those cards. With the GTX 650 you might be able to do high on skyrim, Planetside 2 medium.

What you want you'd need a GTX 660 or 7850 and higher.

If I overclocked the GPU or CPU would that help increase the fps to make Witcher 2 playable?

It'll help but not to what you want.

Ok, I'll see if those cards will fit on the board. They will fit in the slots, but not sure if they will fit on the board.

if it is a i5 or i7 it is already ocing look into a Intel(R) Turbo Boost Technology Monitor with Turbo Boost and update your video drivers too they do not update on there own. Even on auto update.
