running too hot & loud ?

System isnt overclocked, specs in sig. At idle according to MSI core center system runs:

CPU 45c
SYS 31c

fan speed

CPU 5625 rpm
NB 5600 rpm

Is this too hot? It sure is noisy! Any reccomendations on a quiet more effective processor HSF.

if 7700 can't fit.. get the 7000.. practically the same performance
