Shop at school could help provide tools to make one, plus get hands on experience.
All you need is sheet metal and metal sheers (scissors for metal). Cut and bend into shape as needed.

Wingy needs a custom shroud to keep the heat off his meat, but must be careful of the angle of the dangle, which is inversly proportional in relationship to the heat of his meat!
