E139761 MotherBoard 266MHz PII It's a friends system...I made a change at the Bio's for power outage shutdown, someone had bypassed the switch, the only way to start and stop the computer was by plugging and unplugging it. I hooked up the switch and changed the Bio's from restart to previous setting (there's another phrase, I can't think of) to start by switch. Nothing happened! So I tried to unhook the jumper J8B2 to recovery (no jumper connected), Now it starts, but it justs beeps. Whats happening? I want to reset the Bio's back where they where...

That sounds like an Intel part number for Gateway OEM boards, it's probably an OEM version of their AL440LX board. You should look it up, you might find the info you need.
