I have almost completed my computer desk case and this time I used wind speed as my main source for cooling down the computer components and water-cooling for the CPU.
The box is 33”x 22”x 24” the wheels are 6” which brings the height to 39”. I made the computer case 12” in depth because that was the height of the rad which left me 12” of room to spare for the power supplies in the bottom of the of the desk. I separated the power supplies from inside of the case and drilled 4-, 1-inch holes in the bottom of the case for the wires; I was thinking this might resolve some extra heat.
The rad and fan is a trick because of the vibration involved with a high-speed AC exhaust fan. I resolved this in photo named mount, I use a piece of wood with rubber hosing under the wood fan mount for vibration and screwed it down with 3” woods screws, to test the vibration I used a cup of water on the main board mount and kept tighten the woods screws until the water was almost to a standstill.
I installed a 120 mm fan directly over the video card and 2—80 mm fans on the left side. The table top is 42”x 30”
The AC exhaust fan is so powerful it blows all the heat out and cools down the water I am running 24 celus full load and that is cooler than the temps outside. The video card is running at 29 full load add to all, this system is over clocked big time.

The biggest point to remember is the fan for the rad should be an exhaust fan this way it sucks the air through the rad and blows the cool air in the case. I hope this has given someone some good insight on their cooling for an SLI system it is perfect.
