Wait for a couple month, or you can always build the hobo's watercooling rig.
You'll need following parts:
1. Gigantic trash can(steal 1 from 1 of your neighbours)
2. Hydor L35($25)
3. Swiftech MCW6002($40)
4. 1/2 Vinyl tubing from hardware shop
This is a good setup, because you can have soo much water, it can cool itself without a radiator.
If you live in a really hot part of the states, then salvage a car radiator from a junkyard, then pick up a second Hydor L35, then link them in a chain, you'll need the extra flow rate.
Cheapest is to use a tub of water, plug in PC, set in tub.

Prolly Thermaltake's Bigwater (cl-w0005). $106 off of casemod.com (I've never heard of casemod.com). There are a bunch more retail sites you can find from froogle.
