After searching I am finding Batteries for the LG vx 4400.. are these the
same?

Price ranges from $25.99-47.99

Geez, man, SHOP GOOGLE! This is just one of the online dealers I found
MUCH cheaper than buying from the Markup Boys at VZW...

Don't become alarmed when it comes in the mail from ASIA. I bought a bunch
of really cheap V60i accessories from them direct from Hong Kong that work
great! My drop-in quick charger was $6...(c;

They are indeed the same battery. You can buy from a discount vendor,
but be sure it is an OEM replacement for the extended battery or it will
not fit the charger.
