yup i dont have any pci cards installed...
should i get another HSF and replace the stock?

artic cooling are always good but that kinda overkill on a 9550(possibley 9600xt) go to newegg and check out what they have. 6800 comes tomorrow! well today...well in 13 hours

is it possible to flash 9550 EE to a 9600xt bios? is there any diff between the speeds?

well it depends if you get the xt core or not, check out the reviews its gotten and it might have one on it also since there are a ton of 9550's check the ns ram speed , more overclocking always helps : )
